Starting before sunrise I get the plant started and ready for production. Production starts at 5:30 in the morning. Completing tasks with my friendly and competent staff makes work easier. Build a good relationship with my staff seeing that we work long and hard hours. I am very thankful for what I have here but unfortunately there ain't any grow potential for me here.

Pros: Gained loads of knowledge and information
Cons: Working 6 days a week with one off weekend a month

How it is to work at ballito crushers

When I come in at the morning I go to the plant and make sure that the plant is running without any problems then I go to the worshop and start with the new desighn of the plant or build new covayor system or guards or just general fabrication senior management expect a person to be more at work and to be able to move mountans but you don't get anny assistance from their side

Pros: learn how to prevent any braikdowns on a crusher plant
Cons: long work hours and little time with the family no recocnition
