Good working environment

it was typical work day when i had to deal with community queries and also meeting the deadlines. my relationship with the co-workers was super cool i was engaging with different department such HR,Procurement, Finance department, Stakeholder engagement . I have learned to engage with different people at different levels eg internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as municipalities, traditional counselors, elderly people and youth. I have experience outlook calendar, presentations skills and communications skills.what i enjoyed most is when my line manager Social and labour plan manager assigned responsibilities for me to be in-charge when he was not around or in the office. The most challenging situations whereby my line manager is not around and i have to make certain decisions.

Self Motivation

I have worked as a human resources professional for the past six years. I possess the knowledge and skills to perform the job with excellence. As an HR I handle all aspects of human resources including managing the hiring process developing training and managing schedules. I am well-versed in employment law and am highly organized. My high-energy personality and interpersonal skills lend themselves well to working with a large staff. My experience along with my personal qualities make me an ideal candidate for your HR position. Excellent learning opportunity

I assist artisans with daily boilermaker tasks which include routine maintenance of structural parts of the mine. Boilermaking requires teamwork so I have A great relationship with my colleagues

Enlightening

I am a hard worker and I think that the reason for me being underpaid was that the company sent me to school they paid for my full tution and books fees. However,i still think with the experience i gained i am worth much more.

Opportunity in learning Basic Surveying Skills and making accurate meaaurements. The enviroment makes learning easy. The safety measures taken by employees makes working easy.
