I am a hard-working Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager with good leadership qualities, great people skills, and problem-solving skills, with 3 years’ experience in which I have gained both through my degree and working experience in the Consultant and Construction in commercial buildings, residential buildings and energy Industry. I am keen to extend my work experience. I stand with integrity and have good ethics. It is in my nature to love, learn, grow and help others. I am fascinated with the unknown and it is in my nature to see greatness in everyone. I am an honest person who’s excellence working with others to a certain objective. When it comes to my work I am a very passionate person and also about life itself.

Pros: Got to handle my own project from start to end as QS and PM, knowledgeable at petroleum

Very technical most of the times.

I'm a CAD Operator draughtsman in the Architectural Mechanical field, once or twice a week i do site inspection, site meetings, snagging etc. I'm also responsible for the approval of drawings to the Council and i also do general office administration duties.

Pros: Great experience and exposure to other part of Building and Construction industry.
Cons: No room to grow in terms getting senior positions since it a very small company.
