Good working enviroment

I took it upon myself to train and teach staff from manual invoice books to online point of sales and stock control. Sad but true I am not earning as per what I put in this company. I have a good relationship with all staff however my priority is to get the job done.

Pros: Its a pleasant and friendly enviroment
Cons: No benefits like medical aid or provident fund

I HAVE TAKEN THIS COMPANY FROM MANUAL INVOICE BOOKS TO ONLINE

I PROCESS INVOICES, RECEIPTS, RECONCILE AND CASHBOOKS ON PASTEL AND ODESEY - DEBTORS AND CREDITORS AND GENERAL LEDGERS INCLUDING T/B AND INCOME STATEMENTS. I HAVE TOUGHT STAFF AND BROUGHT THEM FROM WRITTING IN BOOKS TO ONLINE WITH STOCK AND SALES. I ENJOY ACCOUNTS AND CREDITORS. BANK RECONS AND BALANCING. GIVING MY BEST AT ALL TIMES AND MAKE THE DIFFERENCE CHANGE IS GOOD BUT ITS UP TO THE PERSON TO GET BETTER AND BE THE BEST.

Pros: NO PROS ITS LIKE I COME DONE MY BEST BUT NOW I STAND SAME PLACE NO REWARD
Cons: NO BENEFITS NO INCREASE IN FIVE YEARS

I love my job however I believe in the power of being better than the best meaning given more of my best but life works both ways. I am honest and loyal as a worker my job gets first priority.

Cons: I have reached the peak but I want more benefits

No increases or bonus

I do my best took this company from manual invoicing to being online. Its a competive enviroment but I am a leader willing to help and see the best to make any situation better.

Pros: Its what I love doing
Cons: I never get what I am worth
