I love working at Bagtech. ..this is a family the ceo makes sure that all his workers are happy . The only reason I'm looking for a job is becouse I want room to grow within the company but bagtech has treated me the best way ever. My co_workers love me ..they mostly say when I'm not at work the office is gloom and doom ...I'm loud always making jokes and I keep smiling no meter what....warehouse employees if they want things to be done they know who to call. I have learnt a great deal at Bagtech how to deal with client direct and able to handle customer complaints and awareness presentation. Challenges I had experience when I had to get Bagtech certified for Iso jah that a bit hard but I worked hard enforcing the rules putting pilicies and procedures in place and we were certified.

Pros: I will love to be promoted to management
Cons: I can work long hours

I was svle to get Bagtech Iso certified

Working for bagtech is great. .we have a wonderfull boss. My fellow employees love me to bits lol when I'm not at work they will me just to tell thy miss me I must come back. I know I'm loud lough and a lot and alway willing to help. I have grown through bagtech metal with knowledge of things. Challenges wil say having to deal with client after the has been a deviation at the warehouse and I need to sort it out give the client a full report of what heppend. But other that I love it.

Pros: I will love to be promoted to management
Cons: I can work long hours
