No benefits and lack of growth or development

Hierarchy of growth amd management is very blurred. Lack of support of higher up line management as far as staff motivation is zero to non-existant. No benefits and bonuses is also a downside.

Pros: Good for growing customer service skills
Cons: Lack of growth and unprofessionalism

Excellent Communication

Work Day -Work day started by doing stock count n merchandising. Workers -Great team to work with -Committed to reach the daily target -To be patient at all times Upselling

Pros: Great to grow with Company
Cons: Long hours up to 8pm
