New environment to learn from

Morning sales meeting and general meeting. Do previous days banking. Draw stock count sheets for the staff and check the variance report. Do the daily floor walk with staff and correct the out of line areas and be rectified within specific time frame. During the day dealing with customers and providing customer services. At close of business the cashier being cashed up and figures collated and reported to the directors and management. Enjoy interacting with people and solving customer queries. Dealing with everyday staff situations and solving issues.

Cons: Mall hours - long hours

Dedication and perseverance

I always plan my day to avoid pressure so that i can be productive. I have a good relationship with staff- communication is the key(set standard) I learnt that the baby industry is different to fashion industry Assisting new mom's,,love their energy and excitement When the system is down/offline and shortage of staff on a busy day

Pros: hard work- you have to prove yourself
Cons: quite day and not reaching monthly target
