Good experience

Learning of breast pumps and travel systems is a good thing. Relationship with my co workers are good i get along with them and have no issues. Most challenging i have is helping 1st time moms with bottles and what to buy and what they need.

Pros: Learn alot of new things
Cons: Salary not so good

We are what we are because of our customer internally and external customers

What I am enjoying its when I advice customer new moms and dads for their first experience being parents if fills so good each when they come to the store they look for you for advice its is so important to develop all your co-workers because those are your first customer when they are happy that energy will transfer to your external customer

Pros: when you ever you are having a promtion thats the great opportunity not only to sell i tems that are on promtion thats just help you bringing foot count to the bussines then you have to go an etra mile to keep those customers that just came for that promtion its called long term relationship with your customers
Cons: Since i am woking in the mall long hour has become my hobby because of much activities during the day you don not even fill the day it goes so fast all time

Motivated, determain, loyal, trustworthy

I would like to have a typical work day and some weekends off to have time with my child. I dont mind traveling, I am working very long hours at the time. I have a very good relationship with my co workers, years of retail gave me alot of experiance in staff management, customer relations, goal setting and achievement, motivating people, growth and understanding. I would like to exsplore new horizons as I cannot grow where i currently are. I love to be able to work with different people and learn a different enviroment. I believe in muself and I am confident that I will be a asset to any company.

Pros: Weekends off, ability not to be captured between four walls the whole day

Im a hard worker ,I'm a go getter,I can handle difficult customer's

-I like to work with different people -Im a friendly person. -Im a go getter -I like to make sure that I fix anything needs to be fixed at my work place -Ive learnt to cooperate with pregnant customers -I enjoyed seeing a customer while she is pregnant until She give birth and seeing the baby grow on my eyes. -A customer is always right even if she did something wrong you must Have a proffesional way to speak to them until they agree with you And that must be in both sides

Is very nice to work there but I need greener pasture

I dnt no wat to say cos I thought I explained everything.retail has challenging ,to work with a customer u have to be patiance cos they are the queen.always u must be calm n collected.u work with different people who are moody sometimes u must be patient n now how to control situation

You learn more things to do, you help customer and you pack and Mark stock same time

You working Monday to Sunday, you are capable of doing everything you clean the floor, clean your department, marking stock, making sales and helping customer with product that they are buying.working on till and receive stock.you don't have more time to rest.

Looking for growth

I've been working for the company for 2 years. From assisting customers,making sales and being cashier to merchandising. Ensuring that my department is ready to trade. Only down side is the long working hours.

Learning experience

Working at baby city is a pleasure relax environment no stress customer service is very good and your product knowledge always increase because of the training that we always receive .My duties every day is very simple and I love doing it, housekeeping, merchandising,receiving assistant and sales generater customer service

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: 3 days off a month
