I have a certificate based on the customer service and the best sales person

Working in retail is a big experience because you meet different people from different back grounds and cultures,and you learn something from them.customer service is something i do every day of my life,what i have learnt is to solve a problem with a customer without taking the matter to head office.

Pros: I started working in this company in June 2013 as a casual then i was given a permanent contract in 2014 i have been loyal to the company and always performing at my best because i even got 2 certificate for the best sales person i came up on the top 20 in all the 42 branches.
Cons: You get very difficult customers that dont whant to understand even though sometimes they are wrong for example when they buy something and return it after four months and demand cash back but the receipt says no cash back and the company policy says no returns without a receipt

I have learned a lot because we deal with difficult customers but i manage to solve the problem.

working in baby boom is a great achievement because that's where i felt the working environment,the was that feeling in me that i am working and i am enjoying my job and i was also i got two certificates in the top 20 best sellers.

Pros: I started as a casual up until i was given a permanent contract of which it was my first time working for a company being a permanent employe.
Cons: The working hours are not bad because its 8 hours which is from 9 to 6 during the week 5 on Saturday 4 Sunday.
