Record.production daily delegate.jobs.as.per.demand.and delivery dates loading and offloading of components cutting and setting of cropping machines,im an easy person to communicate with with good problem solving skills,the cultural barrier or ethnic group.is the biggest barrier learning to understand people of a diverse nature and understanding nd communicating with a respect and receiving accordingly

Iv being a storeman for about 3 years and promoted to a supervisor later with about 9 years plus experience I receive and dispatch,monitor job progress,set up machines for gutting and delegate attend production meetings as required.the ethnic groups us the biggest challenge but communicating is key and your manner of approach helps alot,i enjoy a challenge and I consider myself a hood problem solver insight from subordinates helps to
