I cope very well under pressure and I do no get intimidated by challenges that I have to face.

I have over twelve year’s procurement experience from administration to management level. My experience includes development of the procurement strategy, drawing up and reviewing procurement policies, setting up new sourcing procedures and methods, stakeholder management and contracts management (service level agreements) amongst other things. I have always striven to create and lead a successful procurement team, to grow and continue learning within the company and the industry as a whole. I set up goals and strive to achieve them no matter how challenging the circumstances could be. I always strive to create a competitive advantage by appointing the right suppliers and as such improve return on investments (ROI) and to always pursue a for procurement department that is stable, to form high-performing partnerships that stands to gain significant value which can deliver against the procurement targets.

Situation

I always say the work itself is not the problem but the people one has to work with. with that been said I also understand that we come from different cultures and do or expect to be treated differently. all I can say is that I work well with my time with some days being better then others and some not. we try to help each other work wise.

I want to Management Studies so that i could improve my basic fanancial knowlegde.

- I am a hard worker - Always willing to give assistance in anyway I can - Willing to learn new things - Team player - Good a paying attention to details - Willing to go an extra mile - Making sense out of technical failures - Passionate about mechanical related matters - I get worked up when not archiving goals due to people who do not take their jobs serious and at the end of the day it affects my productivity. -

Pros: Is it a small division but growing; our product is still new to a lot of people and the more we sell it the more people see how great out product it.
Cons: Most of the time we dont do long working hours except for the workshop as the customers cannot afford any downtime.

Day in the life of Sanet Botma mother of plenty

My work is my passion. Start off daily with the previous days banking, posting and allocation of payments. Follow up in outstanding credits not passed through the system. Filing worst part of my jobs but we have to fulfill all aspects of our jobs even though we dislike it. My work station I run as if it is my own business. I would not run my own company down so why would I do it to my employer. I love to resolve queries and recons people struggle with. This is my food. I am a people's person at my current company I'm called tell mother of the branch as I look after their well being. I enjoy people around me love to interview act with all kinds of people. Most challenging aspects in my job is to get the money in on time everytime.

Pros: Great people to work with. Good environment. Work without somebody looking over your shoulder the whole time
Cons: Can not think of any Constitution at the current company except I some of the people are having a bad day their moods shows quickly

A great six years

The days go past very quick because you face different people with diffenrent challenges daily.Building good working relationship with colleuges is always better so we understand each others challenges better and better solve them together.I have learnt that by having a passion to do your best is not a once off but an everyday life style.The most challenging aspect of my current role is to serve the customer with all fairness and respect but also to keep in mind the standard operating procedures of the company.

Pros: Job security.
Cons: There is not much room for improvment in my current position

We work 40 hour a week, leaving at 13:00pm on a Friday our relationship with co-workers is of a working environment learnt to be positive at all times, self-motivated, to work hard and learn as much as I can and to be independent.
