Very challenging and great working experience

I am working in expenditure section were we have to take care of all cost of the municipality, ensure that all payments are made on time, amongst other things. We are however short stuffed which as result in us working under pressure. Nevertheless we had to find a way to make it work with my co-workers. we ensure that we keep the work going all the time and we do not fall behind at the reporting period. I have realized that healthy working environment keeps the mandate going. i enjoy preparing financial reports for the month. The most challenging aspect is the year end period where we have to work long hours to provide financial information and prepare creditors report for the year as municipality has many suppliers. however is and interesting environment all together.

Learnership

Being placed at department of finance as a Secretary of the CFO while doing my experiential was such a blessing. I joy being there people are so loving and caring. I've learned alot regarding administration and public interest ( UBUNTU) . Being a Secretary is good you get to know people.

Excellent Learning curve

The municipality provide great working opportunities and several working areas. op portunities for improvement. I learned a lot while working for the company and I was able to improve the quality of my life whilst I was here.

Willing to learn a lot have and innovative skills

I have a degree in Administration and also have certificate in community development, and have also a certificate in first Aid level 1 and two studied through department of health and social development. Recently acquired a certificate in serving under the department of Co-operative Governments Human settlement and Traditional Affairs, working under Municipal Accreditation and Capacity Development section.
