No growth opportunities, exploitation of employees, toxic environment

The company pays you minimal salary for outrageous workloads and has an extremely high staff turnover as a result, there is favoritism everywhere and no rewards for those not in certain circles. A toxic environment and no growth opportunities with dictator like staff members in very high positions n

Well established work environment

A typical work day consists of me designing artworks relating to one of the 7 companies that fall under the group along with staf fand supplier interactions and planning of all internal and external company events. I would also do Amy shopping necessary for incentives and events.

Pros: Love what my job entails
Cons: No opportunity for growth within the company

Excellent learning curve and great exposure to pa industry

B-Sure was definitely an excellent learning curve and provided great exposure to what the personal assistant industry is all about and what the title consists of. Working for B-Sure gave me excellent exposure to lore than one industry and enhanced my knowledge in many different corporate fields.

Pros: Great opportunity for exposure to many industries
Cons: Low earnings
