B SURE AFRICA Reviews

Good learning experience

Good day I am very excited to introduce myself for the advertised position as I have always wanted to go into the Human Resources field and truly believe that i will be a asset to this field. I am planning on enrolling for a, bachelors of business administration where I would be majoring in Human resources, through Southern Business school. I have experience as a personal assistant to an executive manager and see myself as a very organized person. I am fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, and have a willingness to learn. Thank you

Pros: Great people
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Excellent work etiquette, great learning curve

Its a typical work day, you get a list of customers to contact and have a target to call all off them and convert to a sale. most of the lists give are dormant clients, if give existing customers we need to sell other services and products we have to offer. I have learnt a great deal from B Sure, the team work is excellent. i enjoyed the internal competitions as a was lucky to win a good few gifts as a reward. challenging part was the dormant lists we got to call from. as most people are tightening their budgets

Pros: pro : flexi time, managers are very understanding. Excellent to get experience
Cons: con : Saturday work and the dormant list, salary adjustments. No Pension funds or Medical Aid
