Minimal learning curve

great at my job, however salary does not match my attributes. Room for growth not clearly defined and promises made have not been met. I form part of the integral team that is vital to day to day functions and operations.

Wide array of opportunities

Working as a medical representative is challenging but exciting at the same time. I am faced with new challenges daily and have to strategically plan how to see customers because of limited access to healthcare facilities. I deal with customers on a daily basis to ensure they are happy. I plan training and demonstrations of products for customers to ensure they are well versed in the products purchased from us. This is done via telephonic conversations, emails or paying the customer a visit. During the past year we have had to co-travel with colleagues and assist each other whenever possible. This is enjoyable as we work together to achieve company goals and have a stronger impact on customers. I have learnt to make the most of every situation in my working environment. I enjoy building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met through excellent customer service.

Excellent learning curve, dealing with influx of calls

Typical working day is having to answer calls and being of assistant when departments go in meetings. I work well with all staff in the company, greetings are made to all. I learnt how to calm a customer down who has been holding the phone for a while or who has been moved from pillar to post with no assistance. I enjoy being in front and being the first person people see when they walk in the building meaning presentation is important. The trading hours are most challenging because you have to keep to them even if everyone has left, as someone at the reception you have to keep strictly to the hours regardless.

I have not learn anything new in this organisation, I've done the very samething I've always know.

I love what I do, however my stay in this company has taught me something that us as people we still have a long way to truly see greatness on other people and pay them accordingly. Recognition right now is because you are favourite to important, and you not judge by merit.

Growth development

Overseeing the full payroll functions. Good relationship with other payroll administrators I have enhanced my managerial skills and implementation of new Payroll tools I enjoy payroll and how it changes with time Having to stay true to yourself and never doubt your ability
