Good client relation with good communication and problem solving skills

I run a small business checking emails first thing. Thereafter we gave a quick update meeting of the previous day. Make appointments and co-ordinate diaries. Do administration including basic bookkeeping, invoicing and quotations. Client liaison is an integral part of my say. Site visits are regular. I live the interaction with clients and staff. The most challenging part of my work is having to ask clients for money.

Pros: I have extensive experience and love interaction with clients
Cons: I do not work weekends as I play bowls
