Great opportunity for learning

I have worked for 2 very different companies, one being a huge company and the other a very small company. There are huge difference s between the 2 but one thing I have learnt is having respect and open communication between your team members\ stakeholders. Communication is very vitale in any business , it makes it easy to understand what your team members are doing , that way you understand all parts of the businesses not just the tasks that you have been assigned to, you understand the flow of information and the whole scope of the business. I've enjoyed learning from everyone in the team as everyone can teach you something that you don't know. I enjoy being part of a project from the start and seeing the end results after working hard to make it happen. The challenge s I've come across as a business analyst are not being given the whole scope of the project, on my part I have learnt to ask all personnel who will be involved/affected by the project.

Cons: Assigned to tasks that are outside the scope of your work

Am learning everyday

Its okay I work with different people hence I like meeting new people.my job is to find information on household and do household profiling checking their needs and see how the government can help them.my relationship with my co-workers is good we work together.am learning new things everyday the challenging aspects of the job is when I find difficulty people who don't want to even hear what I will say to them.

Pros: Am getting more experience
Cons: Working hours is okay 8-4

It was a great learning opportunity because

It was a great learning opportunity to have worked for Azande consulting. I'm now faster when it comes to typing and data capturing. With the experience I received through the duration of the contract with them and my knowledge I have on health then the sky is the limit
