I learned and experienced Good knowledge of operating systems (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Server 2012, Server 2008,2012 R2, MS Exchange ,SQL 2012,2014 and C# for a year and electronics devices (hardware’s) Good networking knowledge (Routing cisco, Mikrotik, juniper Cabling, Fault Finding, VOIP phones) Different platform of systems like Linux (PBX) and Windows Operating Systems. Setup of email clients on Exchange Day to day desktop support Install and setup of MS operating systems Monitoring of client backups (local and off-site) I can take instruction and time management Worked and have experience with a call centre environment Strong customer service skills Strong IT background and experience with technical or helpdesk Strong problem solving skills Punctuality and good timekeeping Good English communication skills Well groomed Team player

I had a great platform to showcase my skills and learn from the company

Working for the company its a bit challenging because we dealing with different characters clients, collecting on behalf of SABC. Some other days we will contact default people those are have not been paying theirs accounts in years.I Have a healthy relationship with my co-workers, as i make a great team player because with my previous/current campaigns/team we have successfully completed the projects within deadlines. I have gained selling techniques and advanced Interpersonal and communication skills. Most i enjoyed being at work from 7.30pm to 4pm and most challenging aspects it when we have to meet deadlines.

Pros: So in order to enhance my skills set, I am looking for better opportunities which i expect professional advancement and good future

Gives good an experience

I enjoy being in the environment, making sales. Enjoy chatting to different kinds of people telephonically. I have a great relationship with my management and my colleagues. Commission structure is frustrating every one and we are working hard with long hours. Challenging aspect is one of those none productive days.
