Excellent working under pressure

At work we work extra hours or even work during the weekend to meet our targets. I'm excellent when it comes to play a team role or work together as a team. I have learnt to work as a team to meet our targets, Customer service, appear professional at all times. I enjoy most engaging with customers. Providing good customer service.

As a professional Storage Network Administrator with over 11 years’ experience and more than twenty years’ experience in the South African IT industry, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to any team. In addition to being a highly motivated and committed individual, I see myself as a team player who is always available to help, continuously strive to learn from all those around me, possess an abundance of positive energy with a strong focus on customer service and assisting wherever possible. Over the past several years, I have garnered extensive knowledge of the various software and hardware components used to encompass a storage network environment. One of the highlights of my career was being a part of a team responsible for successfully migrating IT infrastructure (storage data, storage controllers, switches and servers) from two different data centres to a Tier 4 data centre.

Excellent learning curve

IT DISTRIBUTOR COMPANY huge volume of Hardware requests in a day, work in a team and have a good relationship with my team as they are people i spend most of my time and i believe in great team work being promoted from reception to Sales has really helped with gaining some IT and sales skills

I injoy driving and admin. I only have one disability is I am little dislexsick (spelling problem) but that does net keep me back I am reliable and hardworking

Dealing with people of high calibre, learning a lot every day

My position is a very busy position as i open accounts for all branches in the company, nationally and Internationally including Africa countries. I am people's person and fit in easily I am learned communication skills and to multitask When a customer is happy with the outcome of my service, that makes me happy, and leaving no stone unturned at the end of the day Challenging aspects is when dealing with a difficult customer and have no better way of resolving an issue, manager, staff and customer putting a pressure of dealing with a lot of urgent things at the same time

Cons: Too much pressure, frustrating when not everything is done on one day or meeting a deadline

I am a very ambitious person with capability to work under pressure. I have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything I undertake, maintaining a sense of team spirit and displaying a high degree of tenacity when faced with difficult and challenging situations. I firmly believe in goal-orientation, focus and a lifestyle of commitment to career and family.
