Job Responsibilities

I have 12 years’ experience working as a graphic designer in adverting, Animation and branding agencies. I have gained valuable experience in both print and online design. My passion as a graphic designer grows every day and I strive to find new ways to create impactful and innovative design that is tailored to communicate with our customers on a personal level. My experiences as a designer have taught me to simplify my design in order to grab customer’s attraction and create customer loyalty. I am currently working on developing a customer loyalty program for our clients and creating customised communication plan that will is tailored to each customer’s needs and requirements. Creating a proposal for brand ambassadors. As part of the marketing team, I am responsible for setting and maintaining the digital marketing budget, creating Facebook adverts that target potential customers, creating Google Ad Words. I am also responsible for creating monthly leads reports on our Social Media reach.

Willingness to learn and grow

Working as in-house designer at Awesim I am able to work on multiple projects for both print and digital media, creating artwork for our website, various social media page, photo and video editing, creating both video and audio recordings for animated training videos. I am also responsible for creating both Facebook ads and generating Google AdWords campaigns, compiling monthly data on the performance of these ads and tracking our website's performance through Google Analytics.

Pros: Work well under pressure
Cons: No room for personal and professional growth

I have regained my technical skills in Networking, Servers, Security, and SQL development

I I have in the recent previous 7 years, combined my large-scale infrastructure. CRM and Billing business knowledge into a more technical focused role, thoroughly enjoying the journey with a renewed excitement into IT. After been an Executive and IT Strategic leader for 15 years, I have regained and made significant skills progress into hardware, development, and Web-based Development and Systems Integration using VS2013/VS2015 and MS SQL.

Excellent company

The company is a great company to work for , everyone one knows everyone and are always willing to help and do more. A typical day at work consists of me making coffee first then getting started with work. I start calling customers and and place orders for them, making sure I reach the set target. I enjoy that they allow you to work at whichever way you’re comfortable in, just as long as you reach target. There have never been any challenging aspects of the job cause our line manger always makes sure we understand what’s required of us.

Cons: Non that I know of
