Wonderful job experience
Avon is a very hands on job, being a sales leader keeps me active and on the go. Always keeping in touch with my team and doing follow ups on a daily basis. My team has me on standby and relies a lot on my assistance. Through this experience I've learnt how to meet targets and work under pressure but most of all how to communicate and build customer relationships.

Great exposure to business and in dealing with different people.
I have learn on how to win people's interest, know what people around me mostly prefer also improving my communication skills ( expressing myself and also listening to other people's views). I have gained more confidence in the process of approaching people everyday.

Great acknowledgement of people skills and target orientation.
Its incredibly rewarding to meet your target sooner than anticipated, I have great fun working in this industry because its all the products that make you feel good and taken care off. I have learned that working under pressure helps to stimulate your thinking process and that this kind of occupation is stimulating in more ways than one. I made some good friendships through out my time working here, we woman know how to stand strong and together through difficult times. Overall its pleasant to work for this company.

I've leant a lot about how to deal with people
I know how to treat customer and all the time as a salesperson is must to put a smile on customer's face. As a salesperson you must that know that customer is always right and you have to develop every skill to overcome customer objections.

Working for Avon gave me experience of sales work and also confidence to communicate with people.
Firstly, I work from home and not at the office. I sale products to people and confirm orders through fax. Working at Avon is nice and quite an opportunity to grow my personal training of working and to communicate with people and even strangers too. What I enjoy most is to explain to people of the products that Avon provides. The challenge of this work is the orders that you get, because the amount of orders differ from month to month.

I've learnt to work with different people and how do win a sale
Avon is a good company to work on I was selling their products while at home,my job was part time so I managed to do it while completing my stidies.from there I learnt a lot about building a relationship with customers,how to meet their needs and expectation.

Excellent learning experience
The company is based on sales, I would like to work in Biomedical technology based on the studying I have done. I would like to get into a more permanent position at the moment
