My work experience has cultivated diligence, emotional intelligence and resilience. I am one of the few individuals in my team who can take on any responsibility. If any of the team members is absent I can always assume their responsibilities because of the vast knowledge I have accumulated. When I first joined Avon I wanted to learn and know everything. While embarking on this journey I acquired skills that produced an effective and efficient supply planner. I am now occupying a senior planner position on a contract basis through an agency. my time management skills have become expert level as I never miss a deadline. I have built a vast network of relationships within the company and have an excellent communication skill set. People in the organisation trust me and take my work and analytics into account when making important decisions. I work with managers as though I was one of them.

Growth and dvelopment
Thembela has strong technical skills and proficiency in the operation of various popular commercial software packages, able to type my own documents, correspondence, and planning activities, maintenance of documents as part of (Quality Management System). He has comprehensive experience in usage of internal networks, internet and e-mail, and a wide experience with Microsoft products, including PeopleSoft. Thembela has participated in various manufacturing meetings with various groups (weekly and monthly suppliers meeting, production/quality team meeting, and management reviews meeting). He is able to communicate well at all levels, and has contributed towards joint decision making within various teams.
