Perfect learning curve for school leavers, to gsin experience

Working for Avocet is not bad, however I feel it is a job for young people who had just finished school. It is a perfect platform for them to kick off the corporate world. I have a great relationship with co-workers, we get along amazingly and a great team willing to wprk together and solve problems efficiently. At Avocetvi have learned alot about the machinery they operate, exports, imports, operating a forklift, label devision, scales devision etc. I enjoy solving problems and facing new challenges. Most challenging asspects would be offloading a container bare hands.

Pros: I believe growth is important in a company, being an asset is my first priority. To shine and be known as a hard worker and leader could open opportunities for one.
Cons: I do not mind working longer hours occasionally, as long as I get noticed for my hard work and determination and there for get rewarded.

Quick thinker,learner become an asset to the company

Deadlines,quick learner,team please,attention to detail,always ask question if not clear and if i dont know the answer but i know how to find it.Technical and very honest and hardworking.
