What it looks like from the customer side.
My customers dictate my day to day agenda and is very important in my day to day dealings. I am caring for them and making sure they feel that I have given them the best options and assistance which in return assists them managing and operating their fleet at its full capacity. My customers money is also my money and it is important that they get the best deal at all times. I enjoy interacting with my customers on a professional level and asking them on how I can improve on our service, etc. It is a day to day challenge as the customer is King and it is not always possible to meet all their demands but you do your best at every interaction. If my customers are happy I am happy in my job and also to wake up in the morning and stay possitive in a very difficult economy. We share the same sentiment in our office and also share knowledge and ideas with one another.
Pros: Working in a big stable company.
Cons: Not sure how the economy is going to affect growth and stability with our competitors in the market.

Excellent learning enviroment
I am an MBA graduate of the Regenesys Business School with junior- middle management experience in the motor and corporate branding industry. I have learned that the best way to achieve success was to motivate the resources I had with well-defined objectives and empowerment. Key Competencies
Multi task environment in the Fleet lease Industry. No day is the same. when dealing with clients, direct reports and upline management. The leasing industry is a Heart-beat environment that requires a constant multi-task focus and maturity level to deal with victories and challenges. Mornings are brief time with my staff. Goals for today, do we have any challenges and how to we solve. Where can I help. Tons of mentorship. Fiscal analysis and whole life costings are a daily constant to ensure that both the company and our clients vehicles and costs are being aligned. Interaction with the operations, retail, dealerships and fiancee department play a part every day. CSI monitoring What I have learnt is to not react but to sit back, assess and find resolutions. To not let emotions take over. The best art of my day is when I am out on the road meeting with clients. Most challenging - staff moral and getting all departments to align and agree to our core values, mission and vision.

Great exposure and learning opportunities
I usually get a task assigned and do my own analysis, requirement document and arrange review sessions. Once i'm satisfied with my planning, i start working on the task programs/functions. Then i plan out my test scenarios and finally arrange a session with users to confirm if they are happy. I also support and erp system and advise the team member from that team on some workarounds when they get stuck on system issues due to my back ground. I have a great relationship with co-workers, always in good spirits and eager to assist and request assistance when needed. I love the good feedback that comes from users as well as the positive attitude we have towards each other making it a great work relationship. The most challenging aspect is that i do get overwhelmd when i need to assist some emergency issues on the ERP system and i have a lot more work on my programming side. Some times one system suffers dues to prioritization based on company needs

I am highly innovative. Developing software is my passion. My typical work day starts at 08h00 an ends at 16h00. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. What I have learned over the pas 6 years is how much more there is to learn. I have little web development, except for writing of WCF web services. I enjoy being creative the most, and the most challenging part of my job keeping things simple -- hiding the complexity so that users find it east to use the software I develop.

Cons: Time is very important to me, and I despise wasting time in the traffice

Personal Growth
The culture, values and traditions are good. My typical work day is resolving calls logged(Support) to creating workflows using a Document management system by also integrating different systems like WEB and AS400. I am a good team player but mostly everyone do their tasks individually. I enjoy interacting with people most and being an asset to the company. Most difficult aspects is dealing with business and if there's communication breakdown between the developer and the user.
Pros: working partially with different systems
Cons: no growth at all and not being recognized all no matter how much one tries.

Im target driven , work well whit team mates , very focus
i strongly believe that the knowledge gained in working in a Banking environment will add tremendous value to me being an employee within any Company in that I have dealt with "Stars and Stripes" and this has enabled me to understand how things go wrong, this I believe is certainly a solid foundation to me taking up any challenge, I am an ambitious individual who believe that challenges are a gateway to success and being dynamic is what makes one add value in every aspect of any business.
