No chance from growth focused. The company is purely focused on obtaining BBBEE status and experiencing a massive brain drain. High, unobtainable expectations with little to no reward.

The company gave a good training and excellent way of gaining experience whether it be working with people internally and externally, and being able to deal with customer and maintain pressure in the work space.

Great opportunity to learn more about the automative industry

Being a rental sales agent is pretty easy. You basically are checking in and checking out of customers daily. there is heavy administration duties involved in this role aswell, such as printing all the reports at the end of the day and doing a fleet control before the day starts.

Pros: great opporunity for promotion
Cons: shift work, long hours

I have learnt good ethics and how to be professional

It is very nice to work for the company they have so much benefits for employees There are learning oppotunities in the company They also offer bursaries The employee's make very good team I enjoy working with the managers because they make a very good friendships with employees Another thing I enjoy most is the awards events they do for employees each and every year end I also love the uniform it is very representable Working for the company makes you feel very professional The manegers motivates employee's on a daily basis Working for the company is like a dream The most challenging thing about the job is most on month ends when having too much bookings and have to try harder to make sure that every customer is satisfied
