Ensure that there is adherance to organisational quality management system,.
Interactions of functions is key in meeting the expectations of this organisation im currently rendering my service to. on a typical day i will attend a quality review meeting where by issues such as service misses ,internal non conformance and customer complaints and returns would be discussed. further attend problem solving session with shop floor employees to engage them on finding solutions to issues encountered, collaboration and brainstorming would make may job supported by subordinate which is what brings about team work and success of the organisation. Seeing people making their own decision and yielding desired outcome is what makes me content,most challenging situation is when management does not recognize the performance of the employees and not realizing the effort you put to motivate these employees.
Pros: Given the chance to grow within the organisation and enjoying what i do.
Cons: Being undermined and over looked.

firstly planning a weekly work schedule,ensuring that daily tasks are accomplished and be in a position to track misses, collaborations across all functions to maximise my work output is key to my job. i have learnt that achieving you goals relating to your work performance enhances the your work life,thus translating to social well being,enjoy meeting objectives for your planned projects and being recognized and awarded for it. Being not supported by management on organisational improvement initiatives. It is also enjoyable to be an on field manager in the sense that you get to understand the processes of an organisation.
Pros: Always achieving your timeline and available for support in your area of expertise.
Cons: Negative attitude of 'US and THEM'

Hands on person and collaborative
It adds to worklife and every day becomes a new day,there is a sense of ownership and feel of value adding to daily operations,getting to convince employees to buy in on project initiation and convincing management to buy in too,what is more enjoyable is when the project realise set objectives and yielding results.
Pros: Always have a positive attitude in meeting your expectation and those of your customers.
Cons: Lack of fruitful communication amongst functions and amongst all levels within the organisation.

Excellent Learning Curve
Avery Dennison is a great company to work for. - My resilience levels are quite high - I manage my own work MS Excel and reporting skills have improved A day start with reports preparation. Meeting my team, supply chain and operations team. I have build good relationships with Operations, Sales, Finance and supply chain and we always challenge each other to ensure we exceed customer's expectations. At first it wasn't easy as Operations team, Supply Chain and Finance is mainly male dominated however I have managed to work my way around dealing with these teams. My day is always unpredictable and this always keep me on my toes and I enjoy this. I also enjoy customer visits as their feedback weather good or bad help us improve our service offering to them and in turn we enjoy healthy relationships with our customers. Time management is a challange as there is always more tasks than there is time in a day, so there is a lot of long hours involved. So it is important to prioritize daily

Excellent customer service
My work day consists of the following: going through my mail, processing urgent order requests, processing orders, processing dispatch dates. Assisting customers with: shortage queries, errors with labels, missing orders, online orders not on the system, technical queries relating to online ordering. Developing new labels & formats. Processing Sales orders. Processing credit claims. AD HOC switchboard duties. I have excellent relationships with my colleagues & customers. I deliver work of a very high standard. What I enjoy most about my job is that each day is very different even though the aspects of my job remain the same. The most challenging part of my job is that you cannot keep every one happy. What I have learnt is to be honest with my customers even when I cannot satisfy their every request. Over the past few months I have learnt to know my worth and believe in it.

Great campany, unfortunately brought done by bad management.
Avery Dennison, must be one of the best companines to work for, but after management changed a few years ago, it has ruined the company's reputation and they are pulling everyone down with them.

Excellent training and working with customers
Everyday is different, working with customers you never know what can happen, I am a team player and can work on my own, I have a good relationship with my co-workers and I have learnt that every is not the same.

Experience in printing and packaging
My daily responsibility at work is to over see all the production artwork from its raw form to the finish product in printing . My relationship with my work colleges is good we all work together and have good understanding amongst each other. I have learnt how to prepare artwork for print production, present correct artwork to customers, and good time management to meet deadlines. I enjoy doing mock up samples for customers and seening the finish printed product. The most challenging aspect of my job is preparing the artwork for the press (printing machines) it requires attention to detail, technical artwork adjustments and consistency with colour and shapes if adjustments has been made to print the job.

Collaborative working environment and teamwork lead to success.
Being a team player and working towards a desired goal will never make you a failure both in an organisational space or social life thus contributing in the quality of work life which a very person aspire to live and every organisation would look to contribute to its employees.
Pros: Be accessible,cooperative,disciplined and firm where need be ,to always be in control of a situation.
Cons: Do not disregard and disrespectful to all level of employees within the organisation and in general for that matter.
