I Jeinary Happy trained & qulified as a diesel mechanic under section 26d.specializing with multiple machines such as CAT Trucks,loaders,graders,dozers,excarvators,shovels upto includes LDV's & HDV's.i perform given daily duties such as services,maintenance,faultfinding complete them on deadline.workteam is the main key & cost savings

My work

my company has being facing some difficulties with the Lifting Equipment on side so I was asked to step in and join the lifting team, at first it was difficult as I was clueless with lifting I only had the basic. I am doing the lifting audit which is to make sure that every Lifting Equipment on site has valid certificates and still in a good working condition

No opportunities for a worker in the company.no team work by management every job

Working experience is limited to your occupation. Only employee's moving forward is there mining employee's. Working hours is not correct but when they meed you you need to be available for them

I am a hard worker always up for a challenge

My current work is helping and assisting the guys on site to do the work correctly I find it difficult to stand and watch therefor I get involved my self and also assist in teaching and showing the people the correct ways and how to read and understand electrical drawings and how to think for themselves when a problem arises .I enjoy interaction with the teams I encounter on the different sites and have a good relationship with management and people on sites .

Great company to work for, great benefits limited growth .Awesome , friendly people to work with. Studying benefits , assistance .Thats all can't say much a lot changed with changes to management and systems.

I learn lot of stuff using computer and mining industry how does it work

I’m very hardworking person and I like to know or learn new things and I like to work with other people. To learn more from them .i like to take my work very serious. If I have problem with my work I’m not afraid to ask for help.i like to do my work in time so I can check my fault before I submit my work to my boss

Pros: I relationship with co workers it was good and I was only woman in workshop offices I enjoy when they take too side to learn about woman in mining industry. My challenge my I have to go around and asking guys for their clocking card they bring it on time
Cons: We are working 9 hours and overtime

Challenges at all cost of work strategies.

I got more challenges from management and the workers which makes me to be the strongest person on the mining industry and encourages me to knows how to plan and assesses the situation of any conflicts at working places amongst all of us and I had learnt to adapt on any conditions which comes over to me it might be from management nor workers .

Employ me you will get the total package

I'M RYAN / MEETING WITH MY DIRECT EMPLOYEES, WE WILL DISCUSS PROJECTS CURRENTLY AND UPCOMING PROJECTS / STATUS THEREOFF. I will go to one of my employees sites to do inspection of machinery and to discuss possible shortfall within the site. Challenges for me would be Co workers not wanting change even if its for the better. My job has learned me so many skills in the last ten years thus knowledge can never be enough nor can it be taken away.

Pros: The work entitles you to work alone, and to interact with many different cultures, thus making it interesting work and not doing the same type of work twice
Cons: The ability to listen, and make choices which intern can harm the company
