Very good learning road

Aveng grinaker -lta is a good company to youth to start there career any from junior engineer to contracts manager etc they give you an exposure to learn technical,commercial,administration,quality assure and production at an early age. my relationship with co-workers 90% rating myself I've learned that nothing can be done without a proper plan with your team leading I enjoy live my dream by building legacy challenging aspects should be pressure and planning for changing of sessions
