Pros: While manufacturers scramble for solutions, individuals have a unique opportunity to get into an industry that is vital to America’s economy. According to the World Trade Organization, 80% of interregional trade is in goods, with only about 20% in services. What does that mean? Manufactured goods are necessary for trade. Without goods to trade for foreign goods, the United States has and continues to accumulate a large and growing trade deficit. Excellent learning experience
I have learnt so much from the company and I was hoping to continue with it but unfortunately it was sold as a loss resulting in the whole administration stuff being retrenched. I am now currently looking for an opportunity to grow and further develop my insight and experience in procurement. My experience was not bad at all.
working at Aveng has helped me to grow in my career. i can now be audited alone on ISO sytems.working with my boss has made me to be creative. my relationship with the workers is being good, there are always feeling free to come to my office whenever there is a SHE related issues.what i enjoyed the most is when i initiated recycling to reduce the amount of waste going to the landfill site and it was a success.obtaining of 14001 certification was also a challenge but at the end we made it.

Good exposure
The working environment is not for the faint hearted, the people are friendly, work load gets too much around month end but it’s a good environment to learn & grow.

Good learn place ,where you get experience ,I have a great team and we respect each each other.
It's a great place to start working on but if you have big place with your life you have to to go out and look for bigger things.and and challenges so we can grow as human beings.

Learning in all departments
I am running the thermal zinc diffusion plant (corrosion protection), I am responsible for almost everything pertaining to this plant, Production, Internal and external Sales, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, follow up on accounts etc. Through this I have gained knowledge of running the business.
