Exellent learning curve with new challenges and innovative ideas
My typical work day is busy and mostly knock off late because of load of work. i have a smooth relationship with co-workers and always help each other with challenges that we face. i have learnt that through the effective interaction with co-workers everything is possible. i enjoy working in a team because it encourages innovative ideas. the most challenging aspects of the job is being given the task that you have never done before and expected to deliver in time

Excellent learning curve and always brings new challenges
I have done Data capturing at Rand Mutual assurance, where i was given an microsoft excell template and have to capture the information in the system and also process payments and invoices

Excellent Management of Career
Each employee is appointed a Career Advisor, and you meet with this career advisor to draft goals and on a monthly basis you meet and check where you are with your goals. Goals are set on an annual basis. I tis very easy to drive your Career and push yourself hard to meet your goals.
Pros: Great Opportunity for achieving your goals
Cons: Sometimes you stay on the bench if there are no projects

Excellent Learning Curve
Working Avanade has been a great experience and an eye opener for me in terms of the IT industry nationally and globally. I learnt as much as i could and managed to obtain some certification and some programming skills.

I am a diploma and BTech aspirant in Information Technology, specialized in Business Applications. I have gained knowledge in the following areas: Business Analysis at TUT as an in-service training, Application Development (C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and MVC) and CRM Business Analysis and Customisation and Configuration at Avanade as an Intern. I am intellectually curious, self-motivated and has desire to utilise the knowledge gained through previous experience in seeking new challenges and opportunities. I believe this job will be a critical tool in launching my career while the organisation will in return gain through my positive contribution as an individual and a team member

Great learning curve
It is an opportunity to work with different company cultures, like being sent to different clients. I have learned a lot that all companies have their way of doing things and culture. The open door policy, really assisted my confidence in communicating with senior level stuff. I would like to have a more stable job. I matured, but have a young vibrant spirit. I am willing to learn more and bring my experience on board.
