My duties involves a lot of multi tasking.

My main duties are sales and marketing , this involves assisting walk inn clients, prospecting by following up on leads and going to different companies to pitch for new business, processing application on behalf of clients . Booking cars for road worthy, updating key register and in charge of admin making sure we have marketing materials,business cards,ordering of name badges and preparing finance application forms, also involved in updating personal details for all staff members and submitting to HR. I work well with my team , I am very straight forward and always contributing towards team goal, always showing willingness to learn. I have learned how to be more confident in dealing with clients , also developed my selling skills, and adopting and managing to work under pressure. The part I enjoy about my current work is the opportunity of managing my work and time in order to produce results .

Great learning opportunity

We work hard because we have a target to reach on a daily basis and i love that we have a team work spirit because everyday we help each other to push the work and get it done. Im learning a lot avput team work and thinking on my feet. I enjy working with my collegues because we motivateceach other not to give up and help each other when we struggle.

Excellent

when i get to work, i call a list of potential clients and sent appointments with them. i make follow ups on current client. check my mail. take a 5 minute break and then go to my clients. it is not an easy task but one needs to be dedicated and self motivated. i always check on my previous clients to see if their are still happy and if they can give me referrals. we always have meetings with my co-workers to see if we cant boost each other since this is a very lonely business. i have learned that one needs to maintain the relationship you have with clients because from that, i can get more client. i enjoyed interacting with different characters and making money. whats most challenging is to start building trust with a new client

High pressure environment with Target driven Culture and flexible

planning and time management is vital as one needs to be pro-active and able to close the deals immediately because of the targets and commission structure. Going out to Client and Company is the key to success in order to build a well sustainable client base.
