Good and proper training from the other staff members

The company is always busy and have a friendly environment from the Managers , Supervisors to cleaners , I have learnt to do Sales in the sales department,Data capturing and i enjoy the most the good working environment with the people i work with. The most challenging aspects of the job is learning new things and doing work in different departments e.g learning creditors .

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Normal working hours

Learn more manufacturing and management

Daily planning of equipment,material and machine to meet job orders.making decisions to fast track job or change because of breakdown. Learning to schedule priority as per job urgent and machine usage and time to be taken to fix it. Be to able to learn basic Mechenical issues and pin point lead time .

Cons: No promotion and post
