My ability of diong things in a different way.

I have 10 years experience working managing raw material store warehouse. I was capturing the stock,controlling the stock,stock take,issuing invoices on sap,reconciling invoices on sap, checking and receiving sells order and purchase orders. On the floor I driver forklift, managing the staff,clients and supplies. Knowledge of OHS,FIFO and ISO 2009,2014 and 2016.

Pros: Company has workers skills and promotion.
Cons: Long hours and available on requisite.

Learning curve

I'm an experienced maintenance fitter and turner with vast knowledge in plastic conversion , fmcg, vacuum forming, boilers, compressors, conveyers, recycling maintenance , repair breakdowns and trouble shooting

Pros: Flexible dayshift working hours
Cons: No overtime and benefits

Unique industry to learn how Polystyrene works.

relaxed environment. Co-workers are all pleasant people. I have learned how to design and manufacture moulds for eps ans epp machines. The best part is when a new mould is tested for the firs time and works correctly. The most challenging aspect is to create strong supporting structures using Polystyrene.

Pros: Great opportunities to learn something new.
Cons: Short time

Excellent learning curve

I was blessed to work for that company, because I have learned a lot from that company. I have gained a lot of experience and I had a very good relationship with my co-workers and I enjoyed every challenge.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Normal working hours and working overtime if I have to.
