A difficult company with a bad work ethic, people have to work hard for their money

GaA very strict company where by the management has the policy that everyone has to work for their money and no time for social networking and has to be always at workn

Repaires and installation

We always under pressure, work long shifts , and a small team of artisans where we help one another and solve problems. We repair drives , motors ,etc and fault finding on Cnc machines using electrical book. Assembling and installation of ball screws, chuck ,turret , clamping cylinders, turnover devices... work on hydraulics and pneumatics plus Siemens plc. I have also learned to operate the machine in case I have to test after fixing. I do preventive maintenance on the machines and build panels to run transportation device and conveyors at spray plant where needed. Robotics repairs and servicing. Couching my apprentice who follows me around and give tusks . Punctuality is most important .i enjoy the mechanical more it’s challenging .

Auto industrial group

Auto industrial group has been or has given me the best build up as a person and the best knowledge a person Can have, my growth is because them and now I feel it's time for a new challenge, so that I can grow even more learn and challenge myself

Pros: You get exposed to a lot of CNC machines and alot of trust is put on you as they believe that once you qualify you can do whatever they ask of you
Cons: You get little time so spend with family and sometimes you have to Work seven days a week and that you work overtime everyday and it becomes a problem to the family as they never see you

Working as an CNC machine

Working as an CNC machine Operator for past five has taught me environmental procurement skills in the engineering industry. As we speak now I have ability to read technical drawing, programming machines and also setting. I have ability working closely and challenging management with regard new developmental aspects I could see need improvements. I have an instinct of team leadership identity and networking very well with coworkers. I have also mastered to work under pressure by means of exploring problem solving by myself. The most challenging part is when I could make wrongful measurements that could affect production, most importantly is it advisable to read and understand procurement.
