i have been developing my skills in this company now i know lots of jobs being a first aider and health and sefty representative for 4 years it has been helpful for me i can do different work inside the foundry without any doubt

Pros: the company has been giving lots of training so that i can get promoted to any position
Cons: i do always work overtime during the week and weekends if they ask me

working at auto industrial group has changed a lots things when it comes to skills developing since i have been working there from 2011 until now the company has been giving me lots of training in different positions

Experience on Robotics and forging machines

I have a national diploma in electrical engineering obtained at Vaal University of Technology. I am a registered candidate technician of the engineering council of South Africa (ECSA) with registration no: 2017705020. I am currently working for Auto Industrial Group under Hubco Forgings an electrician. My duties is to do maintenance, breakdowns, installation and fault finding on forging machines, robotics, shot blasting machine, crack detection and bandsaws. I am a hard worker, trustworthy, loyal and I always dedicate myself in everything I indulge in doing. I am eager to learn new things and I am always up for new challenges, putting in extra effort does not worry me. I always do my job to the nearest and best of my ability.

I have learned a lot of job that takes place in a production company

This company teached how work with people special in a factory ..how to make customers happy by supplying them with good quality parts...we must make sure that we don't produce lot of scrap during production

Pros: This has promoted me twice
Cons: I have been working any time i am told to weekends and shut down....over time always
