We conduct health research in the community and provide them health services
Responsible for recruitment of participants and provide them with health services e.g. o TB vaccination and HIV vaccine Compiling reports; i.e. o weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually Data capturing: o Ensure proper collection of data and completion of the required information o Maintaining forms, receipts, logs, control records and etc. Staff management i.e. o Planning and daily task designation. Follow-up on participants to ensure study completion o Retention of participants, home visit and contact Office administration and operation related duties. o Photo copying, scanning and fax document o filing, taking minutes and preparing for meetings Perform HIV testing and counselling o Conduct health talk on HIV& AIDS and TB o Community education and outreach activities

Skills
Working at Aurum institute and Groblersdal hospital taught me a lot about data, data quality, validation rules and how to identify gaps and filling them up, I have gained lots of knowledge and skills at these two institutions and I personally believe the teamwork skills and knowledge I have gained will help me in this post.

A good learning organization but salary and perks are quitenegligabr
HR is fast growth area within this particular arena and having been in the arena I have insights on how to curtail high employment costs and the staff high turnover. Am a firm believer in a robust environment I enjoy engaging with participants in the field so as to improve the functioning of both the company and the Dept of Human Resources.A day in my employment entails read all available mails, divide them on urgency basis. Clearing all outstanding recruitment matters ,preparing reports for my director-and to seek all issues to CCMA and deal appropriately with those people concerned. I interact easily with my co workers and quite upfront on issues and belief in an approach that clear matters

Human Resouces Management
On a day to day basis I was dealing different internal and external stakeholders and I have learnt to deal with all kinds of people especially difficult employees and clients. I have I enjoyed being a liaison between my employer and the department of health discussing positive contributions to the health of South Africans.
