Presenting the BBBEE strategy

Great people to work with, they are inquisitive and always willing to learner. I have learned to trust myself more and to know that I am able to do anything I put mind to. I enjoy working with the different units in order to track the BBBEE strategy implementation during the year as well as making sure that the verification goes smoothly for both parties. The most challenging aspect was presenting the BBBEE strategy to the Exco in order to get a buy in and funding from them and actually getting it.

Cons: No clear salary scales for the levels

Excellent campany to work for

A diversified work environment with people always will to assist and explore a new way of doing things. The company they offer a great on board experience to ensure that employees are up to speed and ready to achieve the company objectives and assist In bringing ideas to life buy ensuring clients all gets the best results possible.
