Learning about accpac

my typical work day is very hectic from one department to the other, i have a good relationship with my co-worker which i really enjoy. I have learned a different aspects of the company and i enjoy interacting with customers from all walks. Month end is the most challenging time as i have to see that all is done before a new month start

Administrate for the warehouse

I administrate for all operations in the warehouse, scanning of POD's on a daily, providing support for sales team in editing their orders and processing credit notes, administrating repaired items cage and sending a report to sales for items that need collection. Planning and ensuring smoothly run stock take in the warehouse and investigating and resolving discrepancies. Keeping record of consignments stock that is out to customers. Invoicing demo jobs for sales team and receipts record keeping for dispatch

Learned alot about sales

What i love most about sales is meating new customers and selling the latest products to them. I have great customer service and helping customer with the best advice and deal is great. I belive in an honest relationship with my customer.
