Have had a great experience with learning new aspects of the business with taking on more tasks than my previous company. People are friendly and always accommodating.

Excellent learning curve

I make bookings, assisting walking customers and telephonical customers opening jobcards and loading documents onto system. I am always on time at work or sould i say the fist one at work i would love to work closer to home and arrive at work at a decent time as well as leave at a decent time. Besides work i love animals an photographing animals in there natural habitat i would love to work with animals on a daily basis. I will also like to do modeling.

Pros: Hard worker 1st to arrive at work
Cons: Long working hours 5to 5

I learnt how other Brands work

The systems did not work as well as where i came from. It was an upheel battle to get answers and they did not have a proper system to follow up on My co workers where amazing and always helpful I learnt the different systems that they worked on compared to where i came from I enjoyed dealing with my clients Challenging aspect of the job was communication from front line to workshop and the workshop did not have a proper system to make it run smooth

Pros: I was not there long enough to know if there was prospect for growth

Learning opportunities

Day to day including sorting out job cards monitoring parts ordered and arrival conclusion of previous day repairs. Co-worker have differences but it goes with being individual's and most importantly team work counts a lot. The best of it all is seeing a car coming in and leaving being fixed.

Pros: Learning through new challenges regarding problem cars
Cons: Long hours. No overtime and poor incentive structure. Favouritism and unequal treatment
