Learning fro the learners

This was a great environment to grow with each interaction with the students and staff. On a typical work started with teaching students from 8 am to 3 pm(different classes), 5 pm to 7 pm evening classes for students that are employed. I had a good relationship with co-workers from entry-level to the managerial position. I have acquired a lot of patience especially concerning training/teaching any individuals not having any technical background regarding computers. A lot of bliss and enjoyment came from teaching, getting feedback from the students/learners to understanding the course or the concepts about computer hardware and networking. Challenges I have experienced most related/focus more on first-time learners receiving IT training on a technical aspect.

Pros: Enjoyed working with the staff, mostly importantly was molding young minds giving guidance.
Cons: Long Working hours

1.data capture 2data restore 3. calls respond 4.web design 5.i have learnt more about it,javascript,php,css and html 5 6.but some are giving a challenge when coding.

Good working environment

Working with different people daily (configuring printer , computer diagnostics ) and experiencing a good working relationship with my colleagues , learning how to handle different situation and maintain a stressful situation I believe that I will be a valuable asset to any company coupled with my resolve to perform at my best, ensure that I come with innovative ideas and business strategies that will give your competitive edge and flexibility in order for it to be the benchmark in today’s business environment. . I always ensure that i operate with a high level of efficiency and integrity. I’m open minded and have a friendly personality that allows me to relate to people, and can co- activities.

Cons: working saturday
