It was a good experience, great learning experiences
Atomic is a well established company with great business opportunities and experiences, disciplined company that puts you out in the industry to strive out more, there's a great atmosphere at work with all love and caring staff, the most challenging is when you have to reach target and there's only a few days left before due date, in adding to that nothing is impossible at work and we always achieve everything.

Brilliant learning curve, gained tons of experience
a typical day starts off with checking all stock concerns and making sure all the apple products are in order, then i can report back to my supervisor. i set daily goals of interacting with at least 30 customers a day. I then make sure the salespersons are all clued up on our product, thats not difficult as we have a very good working relationship. I've learnt how to be patient and how to deal with certain circumstances. I've also become a peoples person and i find it so easy to understand people and find out what they need, not what i want to sell them. taught myself that its not always about the sale but also to ensure that the customer comes back because of the excellent service they received

Learning curve
I consider myself as an in store Rep, I’m one the few BA’s that are given the opportunity to manage 2 different brands. I’m self managed, innovative and creative with great ideas that I offer to my superiors from time to time. I have won numerous Brand awards including Brand Ambassador of the Year in my brand to name a few of my achievements. I am a very dedicated, energetic and passionate individual who is self driven. Currently I am looking for new challenges, as in the current position to I seem to have hit the ceiling And all I am asking is the opportunity to prove myself to which I always excel in very task presented with. I am a quick and fast learner, in no time I catch on task quickly, in all the position I haves worked, I carry Myself with honest and integrity performing managerial role in the events the superiors were not present.

The company achieves optimal levels of performance and accomplishment
Working for Atomic Marketing has been a fantastic experience. On a typical work day we are expected to emphasize how effective we are able to be by attending to tons of clients with regards to what it is that would be accommodating their modern needs when taking appliances into consideration. Not all work relationships are created equal. Some have helped us propel, others have kept us sane and a few can even be detrimental. In the time that I've worked at Atomic Marketing we've definitely built strong, meaningful relationships. This has lead to our success. Ive learnt about training apprenticeship, mentors, personal training aswell as management development. Ive learnt to make the workplace enjoyable and fun. Its important to choose to be happy at work. I am highly motivated by challenges. I have the flexibility and skills necessary to handle a challenging job. Ive been trained to dive right in so the job given at hand is done effectively.

Best company
It has given me a great learning curve and also helped build my srlf confidence and also I have lwarnet to relate different kinds of people.The company has taught me to push boundaries and to always go the extra mile and that everywhere I went I leant new things.Its quite amazing how much one call learn alot of things in a day from different people.
Pros: I got accepted without experience and was trained and taught to have self confidence and also in whichever brand im selling.Also that their office is very friendly it stimulates the brain and your thinking capacity is always alert because of vibrant energy around the office.
Cons: Working short hours and sometimes the delay of payments.

My work days are joyful because I love what I do, that makes my work day fly by without even noticing I've knocked off long time ago. I have an excellent relationship with my co workers, we are a team and able to make each day a success. I've learnt a lot such as customer communication, dealing with difficult customers, how to sale, make each day count and giving customers the satisfaction they need, also helping customers find the right products that benefits their needs and wants. I enjoy and love working with people and meeting new people. Having a slow month when the store as taken a knock, not reaching targets.
Pros: Great, the managements are polite, understanding. They look out for their workers

It's a great place to learn new skills and broaden my horizon
My company is good but I'm really not happy with the pay because it isn't realistic. When you try take it up with them they find it offensive and I struggle to think why they think that way . I love them really but I don't like the pay at all.
