Friendly people around and work as a team always. Information sharing, employees development great and the organization takes care of their workforce. All I need is to use my other skills and qualification in commerce

There is no plan graduate development.

The company seems to have no idea of how to develop graduate into professional engineer and older graduates still unsure of what they are doing. A lot of time is spend not doing productive activities. You will have to attend a lot of meetings. social life if great. working times are a bit flexible.

I am Sales, Marketing and Business Development Professional, with a BA Degree (Sociology and Psychology), a teaching qualification and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (IMM-3yrs); recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice with Henley Business and pursuing an MBA. My career background spans from an extensive experience in sales, marketing, communication, business development within FMCG, Retail Banking, Hygiene & Health Services (B2B), Consulting Services & now within the Aviation Industry as a Business Development Manager SADC and EAC Regions. Expertise entails designing, developing and delivering a comprehensive strategic and tactical plans around business development initiatives. This will include target marketing, customizing services solutions and implementing strategies in line with market relevance. I am a strategic-thinker with entrepreneurial skills.

A great place to learn about aviation technology

The company is a great place in terms of international exposure in aviation. I have learned a great deal about technology in the Air Traffic management space, there is a lot of travel which further exposes one to international best practice. there are limitations in terms expression in marketing and the focus is on B2B but also the company is very rigid in terms of introducing new marketing elements The challenges of the company is the that the company is a state owned company and therefore experiences a look of bureaucracy and interference from political agendas

Diverse and ever changing environment

Opportunity for personal growth, I enjoy the diverse work environment that allows one to work across a matrix structure . Executive management I had an open door policy that allows for the resolution of issues effectively. One can get involved in a whole lot of projects in the organization. The reputation of the organization transcends the border of South Africa due to its knowledgeable and skilled workers

i am a fuction cordinator, personal assistant, office admin i have a good working relationships with my coleagues, i have learned to respect people, value my work and to work under preassure i enjoy helping other people and working with them the most challenging aspect of work is when dealing with difficult client but as always the cklient is always right
