Overseeing a fleet of about 120 vehicles. Purchase orders. Licence renewals. Service bookings of all vehicles. Expense reoorts. Budgets. People from different back grounds working together. A lot of pressure which I thrive under. Accidents and insurance related issues.

Growth as an individual

I work within a small department within our locally owned, locally managed company. We work well as a team within our department, nut company as a whole not great. I am the senior person in my department wrt experience and work knowledge. I interact with elite clients to grow a specific database within the company. My manager is a great leader and value my input and opinions. Allows me to work at my own pace and trust me greatly to do what i have to do. Interaction with my colleagues are really dependant on myself as i approach each person with a positive attitude. I enjoy working with clients and my work challenges me to do my best and better all the time. I do feel that i can take on bigger and more responsibilities.

Pros: Great relationship with manager which leads to greater work satisfaction
Cons: No prospect of promotion

A Good well established company.

Its a very good company to work for but at some point I realized that Im just another number, but I want more and want to grow with in a company. The brand name is well established and one feel proud to talk about Atlas. Technical have a few glitches........ Yearly increases is very low.....

Pros: I'm proud to represent the brand name.
Cons: There is no room for growth in the company
