Good

5 and a half years ongoing experience in the telecommunication industry where by 1.5 years were in fixed and 4 years in mobile networks. Having worked as an Ops Specialist: Network Quality and a Mobile Network Analyst, I have a strong background knowledge and experience in GSM, UMTS and LTE Optimisation, Network Analysis, Troubleshooting, Reporting, Drive Test Analysis, Coverage prediction analysis, Customer Complaints resolutions, Wi-Fi reporting and Transport Network reporting
