Learning curve every project that was undertaken
I enjoy working within a team that understands and assists each other. I worked with technical resources who were highly skilled in their field and always took time to explain if I did not understand certain things. I learnt a lot of different job types within ATIO and there were certain peoject challenges/hurdles that we as a team needed to overcome to ensure the success of the projects we were implementing, which could be stressful at times, but the objectives were achieved and implementations were successful. I got on well with all my colleagues and there was always time to have fun. The most challenging projects that I have experienced were with Government Departments.

Good learning start
My name is Nompumelelo Nikelo, a dynamic and vibrant 24 year old black female from Qwaqwa in the Free State, currently residing at Midrand. I have obtained a Diploma in Electrical (Electronic) Engineering from the Central University of Technology, Free State. Adding to that I have experience in telecommunications I obtained from interning at ATIO Corporation 2016 for 12 months. When I was interning I learnt drive testing, site optimization, site performance analysis, and SSVR, I also had a chance to know a little bit of a leadership. I am currently a contractor at ATIO Corporation. My goals are effectively grasp the roles of becoming a productive citizen that brings the best out in this country. I also seek to grow my understanding in telecommunications to ensure sustained expansion of any organization I become of.

Learning curve every project that was undertaken
Good relationships with co-workers. Attend client review meetings, do Minutes of meetimg and distribute. Ensure all project documentation is correct or compile nrw documentation for new projects. Ensure meeti g invites ate schefuled for all customer projects, i.e. weekly or bi'weekly. Update project budgets, follow up on delivery of equipment if order has been placed on vendor. Create project plans for projects ensure all milestones are included. Provide line manager with updates on projects. I enjoy new challenges and to be busy. The most challenging part of my job can be obtainimg the correct scope of work documentation from my pre-sales colleagues and to ensure everything scoped according to customer requirements.

Excellent learning curve and challenges
I exceeds expectations and adapts to change easily, works well under pressure with a positive attitude and detail-oriented. I usual goes beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities, and contributes frequently to department meetings. My performance in areas such as: Quality and accuracy of work Ability to meet established goals and deadlines Communication skills Collaboration skills and teamwork Problem-solving skills Attendance and dependability

Excellent learning curve
Working at Atio was an excellent learning curve because I had no background education on telecommunications, but because I have the knowledge and experience in networking it became easy to learn, also because Atio is a friendly environment with helpful people. They made sure we have enough training and I was able to do my work and excel iat it. The most challenging part was when I started workin at Atio but it became easy as time went by. for the Internship opportunity with your organization. Great learning experience
I learnt a lot about my role as a RNO as this was my first step to my career growth. It has been exciting and very challenging two years. When it's too hectic we work prolonged hours to meet our customers demands but on Normal conditions we work typical working hours. I work well with my colleagues and I'm also dependable, I have worked in projects where I have learnt team_leading skills.

Deep dive in Security, Network Visibility and solution selling
I work well on my own and in a team. I am dependable and 20 years in ICT solution selling and Managing. I am driven, target orientated and thrive under pressure. I am a people's person and I enjoy a challenge. I do not allow myself to get bored.
Pros: I am worth taking a look at. Enough experience but I still grow everyday

Good learning curve
Good company to work for. They are very conscientious about up-skilling their staff. Flexible working hours and very diverse. Too few lead technical resources for projects
