Initial challenges of setting up the company structure and strategies, ideology.

It has been an interesting time over the last few years designing the company structure capabilities, this included, design practices, operational capabilities and client interaction, a good learning curve after working in South Africa for 22 years, different approaches and very different working environment, Kenya has a wealth of great people to work with, knowledgeable and very friendly, creating international partnerships with OEM's and creating a world class sales,design and integration team that provides outstanding service and support to new and existing clients.
