Achitectural draughting design and Facilities management positions

My extensive background in facilities management has given me the excellent skill to communicate with people effectively. I can easily arrange, coordinate equipment, monitor and allocated budget, site maintenance operations, manage large and multiple scale movements for people and resources, and monitor activities just to ensure that they are being performed accurately. I can easily direct operations for inventory and warehouse, and have got award-winning record for accomplishing tasks in the fast paced environment. Ability to work in conjunction with the department Managers for tracking and scheduling projects, expansion activities and supervising renovation activities and provide extra support to all the special activities. Excellent team player, well organized and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

buildings maintenance

Have Architectural and Autocad experience, l have 8 year's working experience in facility management for department of health. 4 years in Atchar depot which is my own company , specialised in ordering , maintenance and daily running of the business.

Pros: l would like to work in more challenging environment
Cons: l work long hours and l make sure that my staff are supervised daily
