Varied and challenging enviroment

There is no such thing as a typical day each day is varied and presents new challenges. I am involved in everything from the typical day running a finance department from capturing of source data to preparation of the Annual Financial Statements. Dealing with SARS issues, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations as well as preparing board packs for directors meetings

A day in the life of....

a typical is varied, as I oversee Sales, Operations and L&D. I report firectly to the CEO with a few direct reports who are part of a great team. i enjoy programme curriculum development particularly growth on the digital side
