Increadible attitude towards increasing the skills already obtained, and great communicater

So my day at work usually starts with high energy from the moment you enter the building. Greetings all around filled with laughter and jokes. . My relationship with my co-workers is great, really feels like family, they always make my day no mater what challenge may arise. . I learnt that we are all human, we don't sell to each other but provide for each other. I've learnt social imagination always putting yourself in someone else's shoes and think how you would like to be treated in that situation. . The thing I enjoy most about the job is taking to the clients and the great feeling it gives me knowing that I made a difference in their live and their gratitude is the greatest feeling of all. The most challenging thing is always having to put your moods aside and always provide excellent service no matter what, but it has also assisted in building my character.

Excellent computer skills

am a good listener hard working person who follows procedures in every task that i do .i have good communication skills ,driving skills and determination,i also have computer skills and belief in my self and abilities

Learning curve in a completely different industry

Being a data capturer there isn't much to this role and also not much room for growth and development. As a team of data capturer we work well together..however working with a team of sales managers can be a challenge as they are not an easy bunch to.work with. Being very goal driven isn't bad but not the point where they feel they can micro manage us and think we report to.them when we don't. As we.report to an officer manager.

Pros: Opportunity to travel only as sales manager
Cons: Working on Saturdays

Great learning opportunity

Assisting Sales Managers to reach a monthly target by recruiting new sales representatives. Making sure that new sales representatives attend full product training offered by Assupol and that they are well equipped to go out into the field and are productive.I work very closely with my colleagues and other departments such as Talent Development and Payroll, IT and we work well together. I have learnt alot about how the recruitment of sales representatives operate,the FAIS fit and proper requirements tools for representatives and the products per category. I enjoy using the new system that was implemented recently for doing credit and criminal checks before recruiting any agent. It is easy and efficient. The most challenging aspects of the job is when Sales manager do not meet deadlines and they do not submit necessary documents which can delay the process of the applications.

Very different work ethic

Being a data capture there is not much that this role requires, hence I am out in the market again searching for any New opportunities where I can have the opportunity to grow and develop, not only as an individual but also within my working environment. We worked as a team of capturers as well as with a group of sales managers. Coming from a strong professional background this was an adjustment for me as the standard for me was not on the same level... this being less professional and not what I was used to. The only challenge was our weekly deadline..which shouldn't be seen as a challenge if work is brought in timeously.

Cons: Working on a Saturday where 95% of those Saturdays there is no work or no clients.

Fast leaner

I make telephone calls to the customers make appointments, do presentation to the new customers and existing customers. making prospective. and do financial needs analysis. and signing new contracts.

Fast learner,excellent listening skill and understand things before of can be done

Working in a company is a big challenge ,you must work according to the company rules. I enjoy working with people because you can share your opinion to each other and if you do not understand some work you can one of them .what I have learn in the company is you must take you work as you first priority and work with clients fairly ,what I enjoy most was when I have to do challenging works that to they never teach me and when I have done the mistakes they do rectify for I was the one fixing it.The most challenges of the job is when they giving me different schemes to captured and at the same and they want it to be finished before the due date.

Base on my honesty and integrity requirements that are applicable fit and proper , management experience ,training ability and motivational ability ,products presentation and professional financial planning skills & Qualifications also the abilities.
