A new industry to me with exciting and challenging opportunities.

This is very new industry to me in the field of sales with each day bringing a new and exciting opportunity. I have excelled within the first year in my company winning an incentive for the first quarter. My typical working day involves me meeting different people each new day with never a dull moment. I have developed in certain areas of my everyday functions as a sales representative and one aspect I have always enjoyed is cold calling and closing a deal. With cold calling comes disappointment when not all deals are successful however this has thought me to keep moving forward and perseverance is the key to survival.

Pros: Excellent commission potential
Cons: Sell through can always be a problem if the mix is not right.

Good Communication skills

Working with Assa Abloy is such a great experience one could possible get. The culture in the factory is very good as we have good relationship with each other and always suppose our ideals. I learnt mostly on the Manufacturing side, costings of new products and lastly how to approach and talk to other employees. I had few challenges when I started as people were not too friendly at first reason being, they thought as an Industrial Engineer I will end their jobs. Yes we did bring change by automating machine and optimizing of processes. It such a great and healthy environment to work at .

Boss that doesnt understand accounting and wants me to report fake figures so hi sales look good

Don't do dishonest reporting and my boss can't handle that. Very stressful month ends when he wants figures manipulated. I don't see any accountant working for him

Pros: Close to jome. Good salary andbperk
Cons: Cant take much leave. Called every night

I'm a hard worker, disciplined, reliable

ASSA ABLOY is a an international manufacturing company. With offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa. I work close with the MD, CFO and Vice President Sales Africa. I also assist all the executives with office administration. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and I have also learnt to be able to communicate with all workers from all levels and always listen to the opinions and suggestions. I enjoy meeting different people from different countries. The most challenging aspect of my job is to prioritise when in comes to managing tasks given to me by Executives and make sure that I always deliver on time.

Pros: I would love to be an Office Manager
Cons: Long working hours especially on month ends

Hard working

Good and they know how to work with peoepl.They take a goood care of their worker.You never feel like you are gradaute.Being working the for less than a year and they are all about innovation and equality.Godd with their employyes needs.
